How is my product delivered?
Delivery method depends on what you order and where you are. Most items are delivered by a shipping company directly to your gate, garage, driveway, or mailbox, depending on the type of shipment.
In Europe, we primarily ship with UPS, DHL, and PostNord.
Most orders are dispatched the next business day. After dispatch, standard shipping within the EU usually takes 2–5 business days, and in many cases arrives within 2–4.
For the UK, allow 1 business day for order preparation, up to 1–2 additional business days for customs documentation, and roughly 3–4 days for shipping after dispatch. UK express shipping is available for about £100 extra and is usually delivered the day after dispatch.
You can request a preferred delivery date when ordering, and we'll do our best to arrange dispatch so it arrives then. After shipment, the carrier may also let you change the delivery day through its tracking link.
You can see the exact delivery dates and estimated delivery times on the shipping page during checkout before completing your order.
